The International President proudly announces the upcoming Pre-World Congress, a landmark gathering dedicated to shaping the future of global leadership. Scheduled for May 15, 2027, from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM ET, the event will convene in a hybrid format—virtually and in Washington, DC.

Under the theme “Preparing a New Generation of Leaders for a World in Transformation,” this high-level forum will bring together visionary changemakers, institutional leaders, and emerging voices from across continents. Anchored in the movement’s guiding principle—“Leadership pour un monde uni”—the Pre-World Congress will serve as a strategic prelude to the full World Congress, fostering dialogue, collaboration, and global civic engagement.

According to Dr. Jean Narcisse Djaha, Founder and Global President of the International President, “It is a true honor to lead this Project 2040.
